OMG!

OMG! I am so pumped...My dad is teaching me how to play the guitar. I am so excited. He said if I practice everyday, and am consistent with it then my fingers will adjust with the pressure. I can't wait, till it's all over, and I can actually be playing things. But there is a long, frustrating process to go through. But I'm sure it's worth it. I practice every day, I have been play for only about three days, but I know the chords, C, G, and D. I'm very excited, but I need support. I hope it all works out and i get good at it.

Shut Up and Sing

I posted a Dixie Chick video of them singing "I'm not ready to make nice"
There is a documentary on them and what they have gone through. It's called Shut-Up and Sing. I totally recommend anyone to watch it.. Its very true and sad. Our country is so messed up. It's about an hour and a half, and it's worth it. This will make you like them even more, it's so sad what they had to go through. Freedom of speech, my foot. One little mistake ( so everyone else thought) changed they're life. I love the song that they wrote, "I'm not ready to make nice" it's a very sad, but true song. About some of the things that they have gone through together. The Dixie chicks are true sisters, not all blood sisters, but they stick together, through thick and thin. I love it when Martie says what she says at the end... She said if Natile cam up to her and said she didn't want to do this anymore, didn't want to sing, produce, etc. Then she would respect that, and she would give up her own career for Natile to be happy. That is true friendship. It's an awesome movie. Please when you have the time...watch it.

Christmas in Providence.

Sorry the post is a little late... I haven't had time to sit down and write...Till now :)

Well I Woke up yesterday and it seemed like Santa forgot where we lived. :) Or we didn't deserve anything, so he just didn't bother. We had a good christmas, even though it didn't seem like it was Christmas. There was snow on the ground, but it didn't snow on christmas. The snow was there from last week.

I baked Snickerdoodle cookies, and made mash potatoes for Christmas dinner upstairs. We had Roast, Ham, Green beans, carrots, potatoes, rolls, salad, pie and cookies. I have some pics, but i will have to post those later. Hannah and Sarah are in Denver right now, and they weren't here for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and they won't be here for New Years Eve, so when they get back, even though it won't be new years, we are going to have are own little party. So that should be fun. They've been gone for awhile, so it will be good to see them.

Well I hope everyone had a Merry Christmas, and have a happy New Year.
